Keep in touch

"Keep in touch" is often said at the end of something—a graduation, a move, a goodbye. It can feel casual, sincere, or impossible depending on the recipient and what is being left behind. This exhibition considers what it means to remain in contact with people, places, and versions of ourselves that are no longer fully accessible.
These paintings and drawings move through atmosphere, repetition, and shifting forms. Clouds, circles, darkness, and small rituals return as recurring conditions for reflection. Built through layering, removal, and touch, the works hold moments of uncertainty where images emerge and dissolve.
Contact can take many forms beyond physical presence: through memory, ritual, dreams, and painting itself. What does it mean to keep in touch with someone who is gone? With a place you can no longer return to in the same way? With a feeling that resists language but continues to surface?
